AuditEase Pro is an internal audit system sold by Hikmah Technologies as a white-label,
single-tenant deployment. It is not shared SaaS: each customer gets their own deployment, their own
PostgreSQL database and their own brand. It is sold two ways: self-serve plans on a workspace
Hikmah Technologies runs, with a 15-day free trial and no card, and a custom offer that runs
in the customer's cloud or data centre, quoted after a call. It ships as one container image.
There is no free plan.

### Is this SaaS?
Not the shared kind. Each customer gets their own deployment and database, branded as their own system, whether we run it for you on a self-serve plan or you run it yourself. Nothing is shared with other customers.

### Can it carry our brand?
Yes. Your organisation's name, the app name and your logo appear on every screen and report.

### Where does it run?
In your cloud or data centre, since it ships as one container image, or on a dedicated instance we run for you.

### Can you adapt it to our methodology?
Yes. Questionnaires, risk weights, workflows and report templates are configured for your team.

### Is the AI mandatory?
No. AI drafting is optional, it can use a model you host, and every draft is edited and approved by your auditors.

### Can we use our own domain?
Yes. The system runs at an address you control, for example audit.yourcompany.com, since it is deployed for you alone.

### Does the white-label extend to the reports?
Yes. The PDF audit report and the draft report carry your organisation's name, and the templates themselves can be adapted to your report format.

### Can we change the brand later?
Yes. The brand comes from the deployment's settings, so a new name or logo is a configuration change, not a new build.

### Is Hikmah Technologies named anywhere in our deployment?
Not in the product your users see. Hikmah Technologies is the company you contract with and the team that builds and supports it.

### Does it need an internet connection?
Not for the audit work itself. It needs outbound access only for the optional email notifications and the optional AI drafting, and the AI can point at a model you host.

### Which database does it use?
PostgreSQL. Each deployment has its own database; nothing is shared between customers.

### Can it run in our own cloud account?
Yes. Any environment that can run a container image and reach a PostgreSQL database will do, in your cloud account or your data centre.

### Who applies updates?
You do, if you host it: pull the new image and restart. If we run your instance, we do it and tell you what changed.

### Is AuditEase Pro available as SaaS?
Not as shared SaaS. The self-serve plans are hosted by us, but every customer still gets their own deployment and database. That is the product, not an upgrade tier.

### Does single-tenant mean we must host it ourselves?
No. You can host it, or we can run a dedicated instance for you. Either way it is your own deployment and your own database.

### Is it priced per user?
Only the audit team and quality assurance count as seats. Business owners and the audit committee are free and unlimited, so adding auditees does not change the price.

### Can we move our data out?
Yes. It is your PostgreSQL database and your file storage; you can back both up and export them at any time.

### How small is too small?
A one-person audit function usually gets more out of the issue tracking and the reports than out of the full risk-assessment machinery, and it is worth saying that on the call rather than selling the whole thing.

### Do auditees need training?
They see a small part of the system: their questionnaires, the observations raised against their area and their action plans. In practice that is a short walkthrough, not training.

### Can we keep using our existing report format?
Yes. The report templates are adapted to your format as part of the deployment.

### How long does it take to get our own deployment?
The software itself is deployed quickly, since it is one image and a database. The time goes into fitting the questionnaires, risk weights and report templates to your methodology, which is scoped on the call.
